Michael
T. Pottow received his juris doctor degree from the University of New
Mexico in 1985 and has been engaged in an active civil litigation
practice since that time.
His
practice areas include civil trial and appellate work for both
defense and plaintiff in insurance, negligence, product liability,
contracts, construction, employment, and environmental law.
He has
been a member of the New Mexico Supreme Court Standing Committee on
Rules of Civil Procedure, the New Mexico Supreme Court Task Force on
Electronic Filings, and belongs to the Defense Lawyers Association,
and the Defense Research Institute.
